Made to Order

Since most pieces are made to order, orders can take up to 3 weeks before being shipped. Please note the estimated shipping time on each product page so you can plan accordingly. 

Returns 

Since we are a small team, we're currently unable to accommodate returns or exchanges except for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please email us through the contact page or at info@meidejewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist. 

Lost Packages 

We're unable to replace lost packages. If a package has been lost, please contact your local post office with the provided tracking number for more information. Please email us through the contact page or at info@meidejewelry.com for more assistance. 

Customs

Customers are expected to handle any customs fee that may occur when receiving an overseas package. We are not liable for any additional customs fees.
