Made to Order

Since most pieces are made to order, orders can take up to 3 weeks before being shipped. Please note the estimated shipping time on each product page so you can plan accordingly. 


Since we are a small team, we're currently unable to accommodate returns or exchanges except for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please email us through the contact page or at within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist. 

Lost Packages 

We're unable to replace lost packages. If a package has been lost, please contact your local post office with the provided tracking number for more information. Please email us through the contact page or at for more assistance. 


Customers are expected to handle any customs fee that may occur when receiving an overseas package. We are not liable for any additional customs fees.
